To fully understand the essence of redPear Foundation is to fully understand the motivation behind the planting of the first seed at redPear. Our company was founded as a business that would serve our greater goal of seeing good being done in the world, both locally and globally. We came to the table with a set of skills and talents that could be used in the real-world marketplace to further a greater common goal that runs through the very essence of who we are as people:

to create an environment that truly fostered the idea of

humans helping humans.

From the start of our venture we aimed to create a company culture that broke away from the traditional corporate world mindset and instead fostered the truth that we are all humans working together – not merely representatives, employees, or clients.

The intrinsic nature of our purpose as humans is to help the world we live, work, and play inside of grow in sustainable, positive directions for the greater good.

As we first brainstormed the organization that would grow and thrive to become today’s redPear, the creation and sustainability of the Foundation was always the main goal. We do not believe that companies should give back to the community at large out of a guilt-laden social obligation, but rather out of the abundance of their profits and a true desire to recognize that companies – like humans – need to be charitable from the start.

To back up our paradigm, we have committed to pouring

20% of our profits
